Hughes/Architecture, P.C. has been retained by Edens and Avant Commercial Real Estate to design and produce construction documents for the renovation of Surfwood Plaza, 258 Hwy 17 N. in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to incorporate two new tenants; a 13,239 square foot Tuesday Morning and 18,174 square foot Staples. Construction is scheduled to begin June 2010.
