In 2007, Cool Springs Baptist Church in Sanford, NC selected Thomas H. Hughes Architecture, PC to create two master plan options for a replacement sanctuary, classrooms, and associated spaces.  The congregation reviewed the two approaches and selected the preferred option.  The church's Building Committee has now brought the firm back to develop that design to completion.  The facility will include a new 450+ seat Sanctuary, a large Lobby/Narthex space, restrooms, classrooms, Choir Rehearsal Suite, along with an elevator and ramps to link the variety of floor levels found in the existing buildings that remain.  Construction documents are scheduled for completion in late spring of 2009.
