Thomas H. Hughes/Architecture, P.C. has been retained by P2 Enterprises to design and provide construction documents for the interior upfit of their new restaurant, Bob's Subs and Pub, in the historic Quality Oil Headquarters and Service Station building at 901 Reynolda Road, at the corner of Reynolda Road and Northwest Boulevard.  The 3,100 SF restaurant will be a neighborhood sandwich shop featuring unique sandwiches and salads, all featuring local vendors and suppliers.  The restaurant will also have a full wine and beer bar, highlighting local and regional breweries and wineries .  The restaurant is scheduled to open spring 2010.
