Hughes, AIA has recently become a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).  This title is awarded to design professionals who have met standards established by members of the United States Green Building Council (USBGC) and have passed examinations that demonstrate their expertise and knowledge of "green" (environmentally friendly) building practices and concepts, as well as their capacity to facilitate the LEED™ certification process for the construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
