Thomas H. Hughes Architecture, PC is proud to be working with the Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc on the new Grande Dunes Marketplace located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  The project is a 90,000 square foot upscale commercial center.  It will feature a 49,000 square foot Lowes Foods Store with boutique retailers, services, and two large restaurants.  It will serve the adjacent Grande Dunes resort property, its residents as well as  people in the area seeking  a new commercial experience.  The project is scheduled to open in the fall of 2008.
