Renovation of Prominent Shopping Center, 5.19.2011

Thomas H. Hughes/Architecture, P.C. has been retained by B. F. Saul Co. / Saul Centers, Inc. of Bethesda, MD to provide the design and construction documents for 310 South Stratford Road, Thruway Center, Winston-Salem NC. The work includes façade and storefront renovation for the previous Party City space and adjacent tenant, as well as site improvements to provide a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The work also includes interior renovation construction documents for a new tenant, Hand and Stone. Construction is underway and will be completed summer 2011.
