Process: Discovery & Predesign

We put a major emphasis on learning what the client wants to get out of each and every project.  The process involves planning how the future facility will function, discussions about the way the building systems will operate, and the overall experience of the project.  We gather as much information as we can so we can chart a course for the project's design and development.  As the information is gathered the Architect and Client develop a relationship that will carry through the life of the project.
