Process: Bidding Coordination

Obtaining pricing on a complicated project can be intimating but we handle the messy details so the Client can focus on their goals and bottom line.  We coordinate the process with the bidding contractors and synthesize the final bids for your final evaluation.  A standard bid period would last approximately four weeks but it can vary based upon project size.  During this time period we take the project through the local inspections process to obtain the building permits for the work to commence once the bidding is completed.
