Process: Construction Administration

As construction moves forward we are there every step of the way to help guide our clients through the course of construction.  Our work usually has us in the leadership role of lead consultant who orchestrates the construction to keep on track with the design intent and budgets.  We manage the details and costs for the clients while we work to insure the building construction meets the design intent for the project.  As construction concludes we will have a project that meets the budget, aesthetic, and functional goals that were established in our Predesign phase.
